Blogger Who “Kept Fish” on Car Hood Fined

A video that sparked heated debates on social media has once again drawn public attention. It shows a man covering his car's hood with protective film, filling it with water, and placing live fish inside — all for creating content.

This act received sharp criticism from internet users. The incident was investigated jointly by the Ministry of Ecology and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. It was revealed that the violation was committed by a citizen named I.N. residing in Tashkent.

An official administrative report was filed against the offender in accordance with Article 111, Part 1 of the Administrative Responsibility Code. A fine of three times the base calculation amount — 1,125,000 soums — was imposed.
