A serious incident involving a school administrator has been uncovered in the Yuqori Chirchiq district of the Tashkent region. A court ruling has been issued against a 39-year-old director who sent inappropriate and immoral messages to an underage female student via social media. Qalampir reported the details after reviewing court documents.
According to court records, the individual identified as J.I., born in 1987, sent messages with inappropriate content to a student in private Telegram chats between April 16 and April 17 of this year. After the situation was exposed, the case was referred to court.
The case was heard at the Yuqori Chirchiq District Criminal Court on April 22. During the proceedings, the defendant confessed to his actions. However, he claimed that the messages were sent for "educational purposes" and requested leniency from the court.
The victim's side—the student's mother—strongly condemned his actions, emphasizing that such an individual is completely unfit to work in an educational institution. She requested the court to impose a harsher sentence.
According to the court's decision, J.I. was found guilty under Article 41-1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility (Sexual Harassment). He was sentenced to 5 days of administrative detention.
This incident has once again brought the issue of ethical standards in educational institutions to the forefront, particularly regarding the responsibility of pedagogical staff and administrators. Experts emphasize the need to strengthen supervision and improve the moral environment within the education system to prevent such occurrences.
