Nasaf to continue with Ro‘ziqul Berdiyev: contract extended

Qarshi-based Nasaf have decided to continue working with head coach Ro‘ziqul Berdiyev. According to information released by UzPFL, the current deal with the specialist has been extended and the new contract runs until the end of 2026 .
This decision shows that Nasaf are prioritizing stability ahead of the coming seasons. Berdiyev is among the coaches who can deliver both results and discipline. Under his leadership, the team has looked solid not only in domestic competitions, but also in terms of overall playing style and organization—something fans know well.
Ro‘ziqul Berdiyev’s results at Nasaf are also significant: with the club he won the Uzbekistan championship in 2024. It is also noted that during his coaching career he has won the Uzbekistan Cup 4 times and the Uzbekistan Super Cup 4 times .
The 54-year-old specialist’s individual accolades are strong as well. He was named Coach of the Year five times (2013, 2016, 2017, 2020, 2021), and also became Super League Coach of the Year twice (2022, 2024).
